Artificial Insemination Course for Cattle /
After completion of the Artificial Insemination Course you will have a thorough understanding of the theoretical and practical aspects of Artificial Insemination. Special attention is paid to the physiology of the hormonal cycle in livestock, estrus observation and conception. The advantages and limitations of Artificial Insemination are discussed.
Various management aspects will also be covered and discussed throughout the lecture sessions. The aim is to inform the trainee of various practical structures that can be implemented to improve productivity and workability in the management of AI programs.
All equipment used during AI training will be provided for practical sessions.
Lectures will be given in English & Afrikaans.
Tea, Coffee & Biscuits will be provided during Coffee Breaks for all courses taking place at the venue in Windhoek - Namibia and Irene - Pretoria.

Courses held at venues other than Irene or Windhoek require a minimum of 10 trainees.
