Certificates, Course Re-attendance

and Duplicate Certificates

Certificates

Certificates will be given to trainees that have successfully completed the Artificial Insemination Courses.

Only bona fide students that are registered with Tertiary Institutes will receive certificates that they have attended an Artificial Insemination Course if they have not successfully completed the training course.

Certificates for all other Courses completed, with the exception of Registered Courses, will be issued stating that the trainee has attended the relevant Course.

Rothman Livestock Training Services can not be held responsible for illegible writing on application forms, incorrect and / or incomplete postal details, resulting in certificates not received by trainees.

Re-attending Courses

Any person who has already attended the Artificial Insemination and/or the Pregnancy Awareness course may attend practical sessions free of charge within one year of completion of the attended course.

Prior arrangements must be made before arriving at practical sessions in order to ensure that enough cattle are available to accommodate previous course attendees.

If the one year period has expired and the trainee would like to attend practical sessions and/or lectures the following applies;

Artificial Insemination Course

Any single day attended – A third of the full cost for the relevant training course will be charged.

Any two days attended – Two thirds of the full cost for the relevant training course will be charged.

Three full days – The full cost of the relevant training course will be charged.

New certificates will only be issued on successful completion by means of attendance of the full course duration.

Pregnancy Awareness Course

The full cost of the relevant training course will be charged.

Duplicate Certificates

Duplicate certificates will be issued at a nominal fee of R 75.00 (Seventy-five Rand).

The date and venue of the course, full name and address of the trainee must be supplied. Duplicates will only be issued within 3 years of course attendance. Thereafter certificates will only be presented on completion of the relevant course.
